The
South St. Paul School District is committed to an ongoing performance
communication process which promotes employee growth and improves quality
of service.
Performance
evaluations will be conducted yearly in an effort to clarify job
expectations, identify areas of needed improvement, and maintain ongoing
communication between the employee and supervisor.
New
employees may be evaluated frequently to ensure performance expectations
are being met and to give the new employee an opportunity to seek
additional training and clarification of responsibilities if necessary.
